1 kilo Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
2 cups light yogurt
1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
1 kilo tomatillo
sesame seeds, to taste
oil , necessary amount

Grill the green tomatoes and blend them with the yogurt, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
Cook the chicken breast in water. Dry the breast and place it in a pot with the yogurt sauce.
Let it boil for 7 minutes and serve over a bed of lettuce.
