Chicken Breast with Yogurt

  • 1 kilo Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 cups light yogurt
  • 1/2 bunches fresh cilantro
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 kilo tomatillo
  • sesame seeds, to taste
  • oil , necessary amount

  • Grill the green tomatoes and blend them with the yogurt, salt, pepper, and cilantro.
  • Cook the chicken breast in water. Dry the breast and place it in a pot with the yogurt sauce.
  • Let it boil for 7 minutes and serve over a bed of lettuce.
