Season the chicken breasts very well with salt and pepper and place them in a skillet with a little oil until sealed on both sides, without cooking them too much.
In a separate pan, heat the onion with oil and add the crushed garlic until it softens a bit, then add the chicken broth, the cornstarch dissolved in a little water, and stir constantly to avoid lumps and keep the mixture creamy without letting it dry out too much. Add the wine, place the chocolate in a double boiler until it becomes liquid and mix it well with the sauce.
Add this mixture to the chicken breasts and let it cook for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
