1 kilo chicken breast , in cubes
2 bunches fresh cilantro
1 package cream
1 can evaporated milk
4 Jalapeño chiles
4 cloves garlic
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
unsalted butter , to taste

Put a little butter in a skillet, add the garlic, and the chicken breast already diced and season to taste.
In the blender, put the cilantro, serrano chili, cream, and milk. Blend perfectly (add a little salt if desired).
When the chicken breast is cooked, add the blender mixture and let it boil. And it's ready.
