Chicken Breasts in Spinach and Mushroom Cream

  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 228 grams button mushrooms
  • 1/2 sticks Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 450 grams sour cream
  • 2 Jalapeño chiles
  • 1 cube chicken seasoning
  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • salt , to taste

  • Boil your chicken breasts; once they are cooked, place a pot on low heat with butter. When the butter is melted, add the chicken breasts along with the mushrooms.
  • Blend the spinach and jalapeños with the chicken seasoning, cream, and cream cheese; add milk and salt.
  • Pour the sauce over your chicken and wait for it to boil for approximately 10-15 minutes, and it's ready :)
