Chicken Breasts with Fine Herbs

This is a recipe we often prepare at home; if you like cream, cheese, chicken, and fine herbs, you're going to want to make it.

  • 4 chicken breasts, bone-in and unflattened
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • pepper, to taste
  • chicken bullion, to taste
  • oil , to taste

  • In a bowl, add the different herbs (thyme, basil, and marjoram), add pepper and a tablespoon of chicken bouillon. Stir and coat the breasts.
  • Sear the chicken breasts with a little oil (in an oven-safe skillet). Once browned, add the cream.
  • Sprinkle cheese on the breasts and broil in the oven. Serve hot.
