Chicken Breasts with Fine Herbs

This is a recipe we often prepare at home; if you like cream, cheese, chicken, and fine herbs, you're going to want to make it.

4 chicken breasts, bone-in and unflattened
1 cup cream
1 cup Manchego cheese
2 tablespoons dried thyme
1 bunch basil
1 tablespoon marjoram
pepper, to taste
chicken bullion, to taste
oil , to taste

In a bowl, add the different herbs (thyme, basil, and marjoram), add pepper and a tablespoon of chicken bouillon. Stir and coat the breasts.
Sear the chicken breasts with a little oil (in an oven-safe skillet). Once browned, add the cream.
Sprinkle cheese on the breasts and broil in the oven. Serve hot.
