  • 1 kilo chicken meat for milanesa
  • 100 grams almonds, sliced (reserve a little for garnish)
  • 1/4 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 can table cream
  • 1 tablespoon granulated chicken bouillon
  • olive oil , to taste

  • Roast the almonds, garlic, and onion.
  • Preheat the skillet to medium heat.
  • Blend the roasted ingredients, add your preferred seasoning and 1/2 cup of chicken broth.
  • Add olive oil to the chicken pieces, enough to coat, salt (remember that most seasonings contain salt, a pinch will be sufficient) and pepper to your taste. Place them in a preheated skillet. Cooking time will depend on how golden you like your chicken cutlets. When the cutlets are cooked to your liking, add the sauce and cover. Remove from heat at the first boil.
