Chicken Fillets with Cheese Sauce

Prepare a delicious cheese sauce and accompany some chicken fillets to give them an extra special and tasty flavor.

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 75 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 chicken fillet, 150 grams each
  • 10 sprigs chives, finely chopped

  • In a bowl, mix the cream, cheese, and add a little pepper to taste.
  • Heat the pan with the oil, add the chicken fillets, turn them over and set aside when they are ready.
  • Once the fillets are ready, serve them on a plate. Pour the mixture of cream and cheese into the pan you just emptied and let it heat until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
  • Serve the meat with the sauce and garnish with chopped green onions.
