Chicken Fingers with Cheetos

  • 2 cups Cheetos, flamin hot
  • 1/2 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce, for wings
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • Place the Flamin' Hot Cheetos in a plastic bag, and using a rolling pin, crush them until you obtain a fine powder.
  • Mix the cornflakes with the Flamin' Hot Cheetos, cornmeal, and cornstarch.
  • In a bowl, lightly beat the egg with the milk, melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate the chicken strips in the mixture for 15 minutes, remove from the egg, and coat with the Cheetos mixture.
  • Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken strips until crispy. Remove from the fryer and place on a plate with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, mix the buffalo wing sauce with the melted butter and garlic powder until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • Serve the chicken strips with the sauce and enjoy.
