Chicken in Green Sauce

  • Cut the breasts into cubes. Fry the chicken in a pot, once it’s golden, remove it from the stove and set aside.
  • On a griddle, roast the onion, tomatillo, garlic, and árbol chili. Blend them and add the cilantro.
  • Fry the sauce in the pot you cooked the chicken in, add the diced zucchini.
  • Add the sauce, bay leaf, and chicken broth. Cover the preparation. Cook for 30 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, add the avocado pulp and turn it off.
