1 1/2 kilos chicken breast , cut into strips
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/2 cups water
4 potatoes, washed and disinfected
2 sticks unsalted butter
4 tablespoons mustard
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Heat the pan and add olive oil, incorporate the chicken breasts cut into fajitas, butter, garlic, and pepper for 20 minutes.
Then add the potatoes and cover again for 15 minutes.
Add salt, mustard, and half a cup of water, stir, cover, and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn off and serve accompanied with white rice or buttered rice.
