Chicken in Mustard and Mushroom Sauce

  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion with olive oil, remove from the pan.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the pan with olive oil until fully cooked on both sides.
  • Add the sautéed onions and garlic, mushrooms, a little mustard, evaporated milk, and sugar. Stir well and coat the breasts with this sauce.
  • Serve immediately.
