Season the chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
Sauté the garlic and onion with olive oil, remove from the pan.
Cook the chicken breasts in the pan with olive oil until fully cooked on both sides.
Add the sautéed onions and garlic, mushrooms, a little mustard, evaporated milk, and sugar. Stir well and coat the breasts with this sauce.
Serve immediately.
