Season the Tyson® chicken milanesa with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little oil.
For the salad: Remove the mint leaves, chop them, and set aside. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the goat cheese.
Mix the mint, tomatoes, and cheese in a salad bowl. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to taste.
