CHICKEN ROLL

Delicious and simple recipe for stuffed chicken breast. It takes very little time to prepare and the result is excellent.

  • 8 chicken breasts
  • 250 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 250 grams spinach
  • 180 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • 1 white onion, sliced
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 teaspoons granulated chicken bouillon, powder
  • 200 butter

  • Open the chicken breasts as if you were going to make a milanesa.
  • Toast the walnut, add the feta cheese and spinach, and use this mixture to stuff the chicken breasts and roll them up.
  • To make the gravy, melt butter in a pan and sauté the sliced onion, add evaporated milk and the three tablespoons of Knorr Swiss powder once the onion is cooked, blend together with the cream cheese.
  • On a grill, cook the chicken rolls and once they are fully cooked, pour the gravy over them.
  • You can serve it with rice and a delicious salad, or if you prefer, with a mix of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrot.
