There is nothing healthier than a salad, especially when paired with a walnut vinaigrette. Thanks to the walnut, this vinaigrette is high in antioxidants and reduces bad cholesterol.

1 kilo boneless chicken breast
2 bunches fresh spinach
1 green lettuce
1 package goat cheese
500 grams green grapes
1/2 bags whole pecans
1 cup wine vinegar
2 cups canola oil
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste

Cut the chicken into cubes and season them with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet and add the oil. Cook the chicken cubes until they are slightly golden.
Blend the walnuts with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and a little oil.
Mix the lettuce with the spinach, goat cheese, grapes, and chicken.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
