Chicken Salad with Walnut Vinaigrette

There is nothing healthier than a salad, especially when paired with a walnut vinaigrette. Thanks to the walnut, this vinaigrette is high in antioxidants and reduces bad cholesterol.

  • 1 kilo boneless chicken breast
  • 2 bunches fresh spinach
  • 1 green lettuce
  • 1 package goat cheese
  • 500 grams green grapes
  • 1/2 bags whole pecans
  • 1 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 cups canola oil
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Cut the chicken into cubes and season them with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a skillet and add the oil. Cook the chicken cubes until they are slightly golden.
  • Blend the walnuts with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and a little oil.
  • Mix the lettuce with the spinach, goat cheese, grapes, and chicken.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad.
