Chicken Skewers Marinated in Whole Milk

  • 1/2 liters Santa Clara® whole milk
  • 2 boneless chicken breast, and skinless
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro seeds

  • Combine Santa Clara® Whole Milk with honey and mustard. Cut the chicken breasts into medium cubes and add them to the marinade.
  • Add salt and pepper. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 1 hour. Heat a grill and grease it with vegetable oil.
  • Insert the chicken cubes onto skewers and cook them on the hot grill.
  • Turn the skewers and cook on all sides. During cooking, you can brush them with the marinade for better flavor.
  • Remove the skewers from the heat and serve.
