Chicken with Apple

  • 1 cup flour
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 1 onion
  • 1 glass apple juice
  • 2 garlic
  • 4 red apples
  • 4 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken with flour and cook it in a hot pan with butter until golden brown.
  • In the same pan, add the sliced onion, lemon juice, and chopped garlic.
