1 low fat half and half cream
1000 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
1/2 cups Dijon mustard
oil , to taste
Maggi seasoning, to taste
1/2 bunches parsley

Mix the half-and-half and the mustard. Incorporate one cup of water and set aside.
Cook the chicken in a pan with oil until it is golden brown.
Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and let it boil for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water.
Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
