Chicken with Dijon Sauce

  • 1 low fat half and half cream
  • 1000 grams Tyson® chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
  • 1/2 cups Dijon mustard
  • oil , to taste
  • Maggi seasoning, to taste
  • 1/2 bunches parsley

  • Mix the half-and-half and the mustard. Incorporate one cup of water and set aside.
  • Cook the chicken in a pan with oil until it is golden brown.
  • Pour the mustard mixture over the chicken and let it boil for 10 minutes. If necessary, add a little more water.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top before serving.
