Chicken with snow peas is super easy to make and very nutritious. It is a highly nutritious and balanced oriental dish.

  • 2 grams boneless chicken breast , cut into cubes
  • 200 grams chinese pea
  • oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 cup soy

  • In a pot with water and salt, cook the snow peas. Once ready, take them out and put them in ice water.
  • In a hot skillet, add a little oil, then add the garlic and onion until they are cooked but without coloring.
  • Add the chicken and the snow peas.
  • When the chicken is almost cooked, add the soy sauce.
