Creamy Chicken and Bell Pepper

  • 1/4 cream
  • 1 onion, medium
  • granulated chicken bouillon, to taste
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • unsalted butter
  • salt , and pepper to taste
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green

  • Wash and cut the chicken into small bite-sized pieces. Dry it and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the onion in half and slice it. Clean the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips.
  • In a hot skillet, melt the butter and add the onion and bell pepper. Once it starts to change color, add the chicken. Stir occasionally until the chicken is cooked.
  • Add the cream and Knorr Swiss (to taste), stir and turn off the heat. Let it rest for about five minutes and serve.
