5 tortillas, cut into triangles and fried as for chilaquiles
1 slice bread
1/2 cups corn flakes, of rice or Rice Krispies
40 grams flour

Cut the chicken into strips.
Blend the slice of bread and the tortilla chips. Once ready, add the rice cereal.
Lightly beat the egg.
Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pass the chicken first through the flour mixture, then through the egg, and then through the tortilla mix. Repeat the same process with all the chicken strips.
Fry the chicken strips.
