Crispy Chicken Strips

The recipe for crispy chicken strips is super tasty for a snack or as a main dish. Being so crispy makes them much more tempting. Perfect for the whole family.

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon egg
  • salt and pepper
  • oil , for frying
  • 5 tortillas, cut into triangles and fried as for chilaquiles
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 cups corn flakes, of rice or Rice Krispies
  • 40 grams flour

  • Cut the chicken into strips.
  • Blend the slice of bread and the tortilla chips. Once ready, add the rice cereal.
  • Lightly beat the egg.
  • Mix the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Pass the chicken first through the flour mixture, then through the egg, and then through the tortilla mix. Repeat the same process with all the chicken strips.
  • Fry the chicken strips.
