French-style chicken breasts

A delicious recipe for French-style chicken breasts is filled with vegetables.

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts , flattened
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 120 grams deli ham, finely chopped
  • 3 zucchinis, shredded
  • 1 can corn kernel
  • 1 carrot , shredded
  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 güero chiles, roasted in strips
  • 300 cream
  • 1/4 cheeses, to melt
  • 1 piece onion, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
  • We cut the breasts in half and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a pan, we fry the onion, peppers, carrot, and zucchini in butter, with salt and pepper.
  • We let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • We add 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese and cover for a few seconds.
  • In each fillet, we add a portion of chopped ham and another of stew, and wrap.
  • We transfer to the greased baking dish and cover with cream and shredded cheese.
  • We cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
