3 boneless chicken breasts , flattened
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
120 grams deli ham, finely chopped
3 zucchinis, shredded
1 can corn kernel
1 carrot , shredded
1 stick unsalted butter
1 clove garlic
2 güero chiles, roasted in strips
300 cream
1/4 cheeses, to melt
1 piece onion, chopped

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
We cut the breasts in half and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan, we fry the onion, peppers, carrot, and zucchini in butter, with salt and pepper.
We let it boil for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
We add 3 tablespoons of shredded cheese and cover for a few seconds.
In each fillet, we add a portion of chopped ham and another of stew, and wrap.
We transfer to the greased baking dish and cover with cream and shredded cheese.
We cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
