Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the breasts and cook for 2 minutes. Once they change color, remove from heat and set aside.
Place the breasts in a baking tray, previously greased with butter, then add a layer of ham covering everything, followed by the slices of manchego cheese and yellow cheese, then place the pineapple on top.
Bake for 6 minutes at 180° or until the cheese melts.
Cut a slice of Hawaiian chicken and serve on a plate.
