Hawaiian Chicken

  • olive oil , to sear the breasts
  • 6 chicken breasts, flattened
  • unsalted butter , at room temperature, for greasing
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 250 grams deli ham, in thin slices
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, in slices
  • 2 cups yellow cheese , in slices
  • 2 cups pineapple, cut into half-moons

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the breasts and cook for 2 minutes. Once they change color, remove from heat and set aside.
  • Place the breasts in a baking tray, previously greased with butter, then add a layer of ham covering everything, followed by the slices of manchego cheese and yellow cheese, then place the pineapple on top.
  • Bake for 6 minutes at 180° or until the cheese melts.
  • Cut a slice of Hawaiian chicken and serve on a plate.
