1 cup cookies, ground wheat
1 tablespoon oregano
aromatic herbs
2 eggs
soy sauce
sunflower seeds
basil
parsley
pepper

Add oats and dried garlic cookies, oregano, sunflower seeds, dried onion, basil, parsley, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
Mix two eggs with soy sauce, dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and then in the breading.
Fry in a pan with olive oil, using a small amount of oil.
