  • 2 eggs
  • soy sauce
  • sunflower seeds

  • Add oats and dried garlic cookies, oregano, sunflower seeds, dried onion, basil, parsley, pepper, and parmesan cheese.
  • Mix two eggs with soy sauce, dip the chicken breasts in the mixture and then in the breading.
