1/2 cups orange juice
1 mango, large, just the pulp
1 pinch salt
1 pinch sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cups white wine vinegar
1/4 cups fresh cilantro
1/3 cups lemon juice
500 grams chicken breast , cooked

Squeeze the juice from the orange and the limes. Set aside.
Remove the pulp from the mango and place it in the blender along with all the ingredients. Cook the chicken breasts separately.
Blend until it becomes a somewhat thick sauce.
You can warm it up a bit along with the chicken breasts in a skillet, or you can serve it directly on the plate.
Serve with salad or rice.
