Mesquite Chicken Breasts with Bell Pepper

  • 3 bell pepper
  • 1 kilo chicken breast
  • 80 milliliters cow's milk
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup precooked rice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 500 grams potato

  • Grill the chicken breasts in a hot pan.
  • Grill the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Add the vegetables to a blender and incorporate the cream cheese to form a sauce.
  • Cook the potatoes in the microwave for 7 minutes. Cut the zucchini and carrot into julienne strips. Fry them with a little oil and incorporate the rice.
  • Remove the potatoes from the microwave and brown them in a pan with oil.
  • Set aside a bell pepper for presentation.
