1/4 cups honey, (for the sauce)
1/4 cups soy sauce, (for the sauce)
1 lime, (for the sauce)
1 teaspoon ginger, powdered (for the sauce)
1 boneless chicken breast, in cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups green onion
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped (for garnish)

For the sauce, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Season the chicken cubes with salt and pepper and drizzle with some of the honey and lemon sauce, then marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Assemble the skewers by alternating chicken with green onions.
In a skillet, heat the oil and fry the chicken breasts on all sides, basting with more sauce, until golden brown.
Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
