Cut the chicken into cubes, chop the celery into small pieces, peel and grate the ginger, chop the garlic and onion, wash and drain the rice.
In a skillet, place the tablespoon of oil, fry the chicken adding the garlic, onion, and ginger for 3-5 minutes, add the soy sauce and celery and stir. After this, add the rice spread across the skillet and add the water, cover, and cook on low heat until the water is absorbed.
Serve accompanied by your favorite salad!
