Oriental Style Red Chicken Breasts

  • 2 cubes Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, hot
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 3 bunches green onion
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 lime, (its juice)
  • 1 package rice noodle
  • 1/4 cups olive oil

  • Blend the garlic with 1/2 cube of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, vinegar, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and parsley until it forms a paste. Add flour and mix well, spread the breasts with this mixture until completely covered.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake at 190° C until cooked and golden.
  • Dissolve 1 cube of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth in 1/2 cup of hot water, add 1 cup of ice water. During cooking, frequently baste the breasts with this broth.
  • About 10 minutes before the breasts are ready, add the green onions without stems and reserve the amount of stems you like for the noodles.
  • When the breasts are cooked, slice them in half and serve with the noodles with soy sauce, olive oil, the sliced green onion stems, and lemon juice.
