Blend the garlic with 1/2 cube of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth, vinegar, tomatoes, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, and parsley until it forms a paste. Add flour and mix well, spread the breasts with this mixture until completely covered.
Place on a baking tray and bake at 190° C until cooked and golden.
Dissolve 1 cube of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth in 1/2 cup of hot water, add 1 cup of ice water. During cooking, frequently baste the breasts with this broth.
