Parmesan Chicken Breast

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 80 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Beat the egg and add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Put the parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Dip the chicken breasts in the beaten egg and then in the parmesan cheese (as if you were breading them with cheese).
  • Place the breasts in a pyrex dish and bake for 25 minutes or until the breasts are cooked (be careful not to leave them longer than necessary as they will become dry).
