Skillet Chicken

This Skillet Chicken recipe is very easy to prepare; it includes a dressing and vegetables that give the dish an exquisite flavor. You can change the dressing for another one you like.

  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cups homemade dressing
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes, seedless

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in a large skillet over medium heat for 6 to 7 min. on each side or until cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet; cover to keep warm.
  • Add the vegetables to the skillet; cook for 4 min. or until tender but crisp, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the chicken broth and dressing. Return the chicken to the skillet; cook for 1 min. or until the chicken is heated through.
