2 cups mayonnaise with lemon juice McCormick®, presentation of 725 g, for the Russian salad
1/4 cups sour cream, for the Russian salad
2 tablespoons pickles, for the Russian salad

3 cups potato, in small cubes, for the Russian salad

4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
2 cups whole milk, for breading

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with McCormick® lime juice, cream, pickles, salt, and pepper. Mix well, add the potatoes, carrot, and peas, and stir with a spoon. Set aside.
Open each chicken breast, but do not cut them, as we only want enough space to fill them. Add a bit of the Russian salad, close with a toothpick, and set aside in the refrigerator.
In a bowl, mix the milk, McCormick® mayonnaise with lime juice, whisk well, and set aside.
To bread the chicken: Dip the chicken cutlets in flour, then in the milk mixture, and finally in the breadcrumbs, covering the chicken very well. Set aside.
Place the stuffed breaded chicken in the air fryer, spray with cooking spray, and cook at 180 °C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve the stuffed breaded chicken on a flat plate and accompany with salad.
