Cut four rectangles of aluminum foil 30 cm wide. Pour a drizzle of oil onto each rectangle.
On top of the aluminum foil, place the chicken breast, a handful of cheese, onion (previously cut into strips), tomato (previously cut into strips), garlic (previously minced), and a little celery salt.
Wrap the chicken breast and close the sides. In a preheated skillet, place each chicken breast and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
Unwrap the chicken breasts and serve hot.
