Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach

A very tasty, healthy, and easy recipe to make. I have been making it for years and my whole family loves it.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Oaxaca cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • McCormick® celery salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oil , to taste

  • Cut four rectangles of aluminum foil 30 cm wide. Pour a drizzle of oil onto each rectangle.
  • On top of the aluminum foil, place the chicken breast, a handful of cheese, onion (previously cut into strips), tomato (previously cut into strips), garlic (previously minced), and a little celery salt.
  • Wrap the chicken breast and close the sides. In a preheated skillet, place each chicken breast and cover the skillet. Cook for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Unwrap the chicken breasts and serve hot.
