Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Zucchini Flower

I love these stuffed chicken breasts with zucchini flower because besides being tasty, they are nutritious, and my husband and daughter don’t like the flower, Swiss chard, or spinach, making it a great option for them to eat; it has worked for me.

  • 1 chicken breast, flattened
  • 1 mallet zucchini blossoms
  • Philadelphia® cream cheese, to taste
  • Knorr® Mi Pollo Al Horno (chicken seasoning), of any flavor
  • salt , and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons unsalted butter

  • We wash the zucchini flower and sauté it with a little butter.
  • We season and set aside a flower for decoration.
  • We season the chicken breast, fill it with cream cheese and zucchini flower. We roll it up and sauté it with a tablespoon of butter and the Knorr my oven chicken bag as indicated on the package.
  • Once ready, we cut it into slices.
  • We decorate the plate with the flower we set aside. We serve the stuffed chicken and accompany it with steamed vegetables.
