Tandoori Chicken

The Tandoori Chicken recipe consists of sweet and sour chicken skewers that are marinated and then cooked on a grill. It’s a great recipe, I always cook it when I want to impress in the kitchen.

  • 3 chicken breasts, cut in half
  • 100 milliliters yogurt, natural 100 milliliters yogurt, natural
  • 100 milliliters sour cream 100 milliliters sour cream

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • With a knife, make deep incisions in the breasts.
  • Mix the yogurt with the cream and the rest of the ingredients except for the butter and garam masala; coat the entire surface of the breasts and let rest for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  • Place the chicken breasts under the oven grill or on a grill with a container underneath to catch the drippings. Bake not too close to the heat source for 10 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from the oven, brush the breasts with clarified butter, and bake until golden brown.
  • Serve the breasts sprinkled with garam masala.
