Chicken Burger

If you don't like meat or fish, you will love these chicken burgers. It uses breaded chicken, prepare it and fall in love with it.

  • 300 grams chicken breast
  • 1 package breadcrumbs
  • mayonnaise
  • lettuce, to taste
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 egg

  • Divide the chicken breast into two and form circles slightly larger than the bun.
  • Whisk the egg and dip the chicken in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the breasts in the pan with oil, remove the two breasts and place them in a container with paper to absorb the grease.
  • Then open the hamburger bun and spread mayonnaise on it, then place the breaded chicken breast, lettuce, and sliced tomato.
