300 grams chicken breast
1 package breadcrumbs
mayonnaise
lettuce, to taste
1 tomato
1 egg

Divide the chicken breast into two and form circles slightly larger than the bun.
Whisk the egg and dip the chicken in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the breasts in the pan with oil, remove the two breasts and place them in a container with paper to absorb the grease.
Then open the hamburger bun and spread mayonnaise on it, then place the breaded chicken breast, lettuce, and sliced tomato.
