Chicken Burritos with Cream Cheese

  • 190 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups tomato, diced into small cubes
  • 4 pickled Jalapeño chiles, finely chopped without seeds
  • 1 can black beans, refried
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 400 grams chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
  • 2 cups lettuce, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 avocado, cut into thin strips

  • MIX in a bowl, the tomato and jalapeños and season with salt and pepper.
  • SPREAD beans on each tortilla, and fill with the tomato and jalapeños.
  • PLACE some cubes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese and a bit of shredded chicken.
  • ROLL into a taco shape, fold the corners and fry until lightly golden in hot oil.
