Chicken Curry with Walnut

  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon, granules
  • 2 teaspoons Primavera® Cook Without Salt margarine
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped

  • Melt the Primavera® Margarine over low heat and sauté the chicken breasts until lightly browned.
  • Add the onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes. Incorporate curry, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  • Pour in the water and the Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth granules, cover, and let cook for 12 minutes.
