In a pan, sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent. Once it’s transparent, add the chicken fajitas, being careful to cook them well and not leave anything raw.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking on low heat.
Once the fajitas have been precooked, add the washed and sliced mushrooms.
Meanwhile, add the cream, chipotles, chicken broth, and the clove of garlic to the blender. Blend and set aside.
Once cooked, add the previous mixture, let it cook until it darkens.
