Chicken Fajitas in Chipotle Cream

This is a Puebla recipe that everyone will love. So I invite you to start cooking, I guarantee it’s something very simple and delicious.

  • 1/2 kilos chicken fillet, cut into fajitas
  • vegetable oil
  • 20 white button mushrooms, in slices
  • onions, to taste
  • 1/2 sour cream
  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • cubes chicken bullion
  • 1 clove garlic

  • In a pan, sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent. Once it’s transparent, add the chicken fajitas, being careful to cook them well and not leave anything raw.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking on low heat.
  • Once the fajitas have been precooked, add the washed and sliced mushrooms.
  • Meanwhile, add the cream, chipotles, chicken broth, and the clove of garlic to the blender. Blend and set aside.
  • Once cooked, add the previous mixture, let it cook until it darkens.
