1/4 cups vinegar
3/4 cups olive oil
thyme, to taste
marjoram, to taste

Blend the garlic clove, the peppers, the medium onion, the cup of water, and the vinegar in the blender.
Brown the chicken and incorporate all the blended ingredients, along with thyme and marjoram, and let it boil until the chicken is tender.
It is served with apple, pineapple, walnut, and cream salad.
