Chicken in Orange Juice

1 chicken, cut into pieces
1 glass orange juice
1 glass water
1 cube chicken consommé, tomato
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles, cut into small cubes
oil , for frying
salt , to taste

Heat oil in a deep pan with a lid.
Fry the chicken on all sides to seal.
In another pan, add the rest of the ingredients and mix them, letting them rest for a few minutes.
Add the sealed chicken pieces to the pan with the juice.
Heat the juice with the chicken for 30 minutes over medium heat in a covered pan.
Serve accompanied by rice soup and green salad.
