Chicken in Orange Juice

It is a very delicious and easy recipe to prepare; you can make the rice soup and the green salad at the same time.

  • 1 chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 glass orange juice
  • 1 glass water
  • 1 cube chicken consommé, tomato
  • 2 pickled Jalapeño chiles, cut into small cubes
  • oil , for frying
  • salt , to taste

  • Heat oil in a deep pan with a lid.
  • Fry the chicken on all sides to seal.
  • In another pan, add the rest of the ingredients and mix them, letting them rest for a few minutes.
  • Add the sealed chicken pieces to the pan with the juice.
  • Heat the juice with the chicken for 30 minutes over medium heat in a covered pan.
  • Serve accompanied by rice soup and green salad.
