Chicken Mixiote with Nopales

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tomatillos
1/4 onions
2 cloves garlic
6 guajillo chiles, deveined
2 ancho chiles, deveined
1 teaspoon oregano
2 pepper
2 cloves
2 leaves bay
1/2 teaspoons cumin
1/2 cups orange juice
2 chicken thighs
2 chicken drumsticks
2 cups nopal, sliced into strips
avocado leaves
salt

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
Add the chiles and cook for a few minutes over low heat, making sure they don't burn.
Add the spices, pour in the orange juice, cook for 2 minutes to soften the chiles, and season with salt. Let it cool slightly.
Blend the previous preparation until you obtain a thick sauce.
In a bowl, add the pieces of chicken, pour in the sauce, and mix.
On a sheet of aluminum foil, place an avocado leaf on top, add the piece of chicken, add nopales, and close it up.
Place the mixiotes on the rack of a steamer and cook for 90 minutes.
