This chicken roll recipe is made with ground chicken, excellent for children of all ages. Prepare it when your kids invite their friends over for lunch; they will love it.

1 kilo chicken, ground
1 egg
breadcrumbs, preferably whole grain
granulated chicken bouillon
100 grams deli ham
8 slices American cheese
1 bunch spinach
1 can sour cream, of poblano chili

Mix the chicken with the bread, the egg, and the Knorr Swiss and pepper.
Spread it out on aluminum foil.
On top of the spread chicken, place a layer of spinach, then a layer of ham, and finally the yellow cheese.
Roll it up with the aluminum.
Bake at 200ºC for approximately 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
