Chicken Roll in Almond Sauce

This roll not only has almond sauce, but also a filling of walnuts and mushrooms. Delicious!

  • 2 chicken breasts, ground or in steaks
  • 1 cup almonds, for the sauce
  • 1 package Philadelphia® cream cheese , large, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups cream , for the sauce
  • garlic pieces Mccormick® , for the sauce
  • salt , and pepper to taste, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups pecans, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, for the filling
  • 1 can button mushrooms, sliced, for the filling

  • Spread the chicken on aluminum foil, grease with a little Pam or margarine, fill with the chopped ingredients, roll tightly, and place in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
  • Blend the sauce ingredients and heat without boiling.
  • Once the roll is cooled, slice it and cover with the sauce. Serve.
