buffalo sauce

Flatten the chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Spread the Philadelphia cream cheese in the center of the fillet.
Place the mixed vegetables over the Philadelphia cream cheese.
Add a few drops of Buffalo sauce.
Roll the fillets tightly so they don’t open while cooking.
Place the rolls in the pan over medium-low heat, and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the pan and add chopped parsley.
