  • chicken cutlets
  • cream cheese
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, small
  • buffalo sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley

  • Flatten the chicken fillets and season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the Philadelphia cream cheese in the center of the fillet.
  • Place the mixed vegetables over the Philadelphia cream cheese.
  • Add a few drops of Buffalo sauce.
  • Roll the fillets tightly so they don’t open while cooking.
  • Place the rolls in the pan over medium-low heat, and cook for 7 minutes on each side.
  • Remove the chicken from the pan and add chopped parsley.
