Assemble the skewers by alternating zucchini, chicken, and onions. Cook the skewers in a skillet with oil until golden brown.
In a pot, mix the tamarind syrup, mayonnaise, and water. Season with Knorr® Suiza Chicken Granulated Broth. Heat over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Serve the skewers accompanied by the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
