1 onion, chopped
2 onions, green onion
1 red bell pepper, or green, small
1 chicken breast
2 legs, and chicken thigh
100 grams whipping cream
2 tablespoons tomato, mashed natural or 1 fresh tomato diced
1 can vetch
1 carrot
2 pumpkins
vegetable oil, for frying
seasoning, various, to taste
1/2 cups water
3 potatoes, large
1 tablespoon whipping cream
2 tablespoons Philadelphia® cream cheese
1 tablespoon lard
parsley, necessary amount

Sauté the onions and bell pepper in oil.
Cut the breast into pieces and debone the legs and thighs, also cut them into pieces.
Add the chicken cut into the onions and cook for a few minutes.
Incorporate the cream and when it starts to boil, add the tomato and peas.
Season to taste, remove, set aside.
In a pan, brown the carrot sliced thinly until tender.
Add the sliced zucchini, cook a little.
Incorporate the mushroom seasoning and water, cook until the liquid reduces.
Add this preparation to the chicken.
Place in a dish that can go in the oven.
Boil the potatoes until tender, drain them.
Make the puree and add butter, cream, and cream cheese.
Put the puree in a piping bag with a large star tip and decorate on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and place in a hot oven until the puree is golden.
