Chicken Tacos

  • 100 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 2 cups chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, and red
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 chile
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro
  • salt and pepper
  • hot sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce

  • Put oil in the pan and add the chopped onion and the green and red bell pepper cut into strips.
  • Add salt and stir while the ingredients are cooking.
  • Add the chicken meat cut into pieces.
  • Add the garlic clove, the chili, the cilantro, and the pepper.
  • Add the chili (optional).
  • Mix all the ingredients and fry them until they start to cook.
  • Add the ranch sauce or fried tomato sauce.
  • Heat the taco shells in the oven on low power.
  • Fill the chicken tacos and, if you like, add lettuce, mayonnaise, or even grated cheese on top.
