100 milliliters vegetable oil
2 cups chicken
1 onion
1 cup green bell pepper, and red
1 clove garlic
1 chile
1/2 cups fresh cilantro
salt and pepper
hot sauce
1 cup lettuce
Preparation

Put oil in the pan and add the chopped onion and the green and red bell pepper cut into strips.
Add salt and stir while the ingredients are cooking.
Add the chicken meat cut into pieces.
Add the garlic clove, the chili, the cilantro, and the pepper.
Add the chili (optional).
Mix all the ingredients and fry them until they start to cook.
Add the ranch sauce or fried tomato sauce.
Heat the taco shells in the oven on low power.
Fill the chicken tacos and, if you like, add lettuce, mayonnaise, or even grated cheese on top.
