Chicken Tinga Tacos

It's an easy tinga recipe that my family and I love, with a very spicy sauce and a glass of fresh hibiscus water; I hope you enjoy it, mmmmmm.

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 liters water
  • 1/2 kilos bacon
  • 1 package chorizo
  • 1 tomatillo
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • 1/4 cabbages
  • 1 mallet fresh cilantro
  • lemons
  • 1 kilo corn tortillas
  • radishes

  • In a pot, boil the chicken legs with two liters of water and half an onion.
  • Dice the bacon into small cubes and fry it in a pan; once fried, add the chorizo and the tomato with the quarter onion diced finely.
  • Once the chicken legs are cooked, shred them and add them to the bacon stew, mixing everything very well.
  • In the blender, blend the can of chipotle chili, and once blended, add it to the chicken tinga and season with salt to taste.
  • Finely chop the cabbage, onion, and cilantro.
  • Once everything is ready, make the tinga tacos with warm corn tortillas.
