1 kilo chicken wings
3 mirasol chili peppers
3 ancho chiles
1 pinch salt
5 black pepper
5 cloves
3 dried bay
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch dried thyme
1 pinch ground ginger
1 garlic
1/2 cups cola, or orange soda
Preparation

Wash the wings very well.
Boil the chiles with a little water.
In a blender cup, place the chiles and all the seasonings. Blend.
Marinate the wings with the adobo in a baking dish.
Preheat the oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes.
Bake the wings for 20 minutes at 120°C, turn them over and bake for another 25 minutes.
