Adobo Wings

The Adobo Wings recipe is perfect for preparation on hot days. It is easy to make, making it a good snack for when you have guests at home.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 3 mirasol chili peppers
  • 3 ancho chiles
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 black pepper
  • 5 cloves
  • 3 dried bay
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch dried thyme
  • 1 pinch ground ginger
  • 1 garlic
  • 1/2 cups cola, or orange soda

  • Wash the wings very well.
  • Boil the chiles with a little water.
  • In a blender cup, place the chiles and all the seasonings. Blend.
  • Marinate the wings with the adobo in a baking dish.
  • Preheat the oven to maximum temperature for 10 minutes.
  • Bake the wings for 20 minutes at 120°C, turn them over and bake for another 25 minutes.
