BBQ baked wings instead of fried. They come out super crispy and kids love them.

1 kilo chicken wings
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 cups BBQ sauce

Wash the chicken wings and cut them in half.
Thoroughly dry the wings.
Mix the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Coat each wing in the seasoned flour and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 1.5 hours or until the wings are crispy. Remove from the oven.
Dip each wing in the BBQ sauce and place on a platter. Pour the remaining sauce over the wings.
