BBQ Wings

BBQ baked wings instead of fried. They come out super crispy and kids love them.

  • 1 kilo chicken wings
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce

  • Wash the chicken wings and cut them in half.
  • Thoroughly dry the wings.
  • Mix the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  • Coat each wing in the seasoned flour and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 1.5 hours or until the wings are crispy. Remove from the oven.
  • Dip each wing in the BBQ sauce and place on a platter. Pour the remaining sauce over the wings.
